Exterior painting for siding, door frames, garage and main doors, shutters, porches, decks and fences. Everything is pressure washed and deep cleaned first, cracks are repaired and filled, then sealer and primer go down before high-quality acrylic, elastomeric and waterproof coatings that resist UV and mildew.
Our Process
Wash & Deep Clean
We pressure wash and deep clean the whole surface first. Paint will not bond to chalked, dirty or mildewed siding, so nothing goes on until it is properly clean and dry.
Repair & Fill
Minor cracks and fissures are repaired and filled, so the new coating sits on a sound, continuous surface instead of bridging over a moving gap.
Seal & Prime
Sealer and primer go on next — the layer that locks the surface down and gives the topcoat something consistent to grip.
Protect & Paint
Windows, doors, plants and the ground are covered before we spray or roll. Then high-quality acrylic, elastomeric and waterproof coatings, UV- and mildew-resistant, to stand up to Pittsburgh sun, rain and freeze-thaw.
Written Estimate Before We Start
Pedro Alberto Ortiz comes out, looks at the actual surfaces and puts a clear written price in front of you. No work begins until you have approved it.
