Interior painting for walls, ceilings, doors, window and door frames, and baseboards. We prep every surface properly — patching, sanding, caulking and priming — protect your furniture and floors, then lay on two coats of brand-name paint and put the room back the way we found it.
Our Process
Surface Prep
We patch nail holes, cracks and dents, then sand smooth, caulk the gaps and prime. This is the step that decides whether the finish still looks right in five years.
Protect the Room
Furniture is moved out or moved to the centre and covered, floors get drop cloths, and we mask outlets, switches and light fixtures before any paint is opened.
Two Coats
Two full coats of brand-name paint, cut in by hand at the edges for crisp lines against ceilings, trim and corners.
Clean Up
We clean the site, pull the masking, and put your furniture back where it was. You get the room back finished, not as a project to tidy up after us.
Written Estimate Before We Start
Pedro Alberto Ortiz comes out, looks at the actual surfaces and puts a clear written price in front of you. No work begins until you have approved it.
