Our Process
Walk the Property
We check surfaces, fixtures and plantings, and note anything that needs covering or a gentler setting before the machine comes off the truck.
Protect
Plants, light fixtures, outlets and anything that should not take a direct spray get covered first.
Wash
Pressure washing at a setting matched to the surface — enough to lift dirt, algae, chalking and mildew, not enough to drive water behind siding or scar wood.
Rinse & Check
A full rinse down, then we walk it with you. If you are repainting afterwards, this doubles as the first step of the exterior prep.
